Servicing

Servicing your caravan annually is an essential part of caravan ownership.   Whether you have purchased a new or preowned caravan from Northam Farm Caravan Sales Ltd it will be covered by a warranty.  With a new caravan you will have the full manufacturers warranty.  When you purchase a preowned caravan it will come with a 6, 9 or 12  month Northam Farm warranty.  * See terms and conditions for full details.

For owners of caravans that have a manufacturer’s warranty in place it is imperative to have your annual service carried out to uphold your warranty protection.

We are a NCC (National Caravan council) Approved Workshop member, and our workshop team are experienced and qualified technicians, with CITO qualifications in gas and Electrical training.  Being an Approved Workshop member we are subject to an annual inspection and we must comply with the NCC scheme’s rigorous standards.

Motorhome Habitation Service              £225.00

Single Axle Chassis Only Service            £125.00

Twin Axle Chassis Only Service             £175.00

All prices shown are for servicing within 2024 and include VAT  but exclude parts and materials that are extra.

What does a caravan service include?

Your caravan service covers the chassis & running gear, electrical system, gas system, water system, bodywork, ventilation, fire & safety and a damp report is also completed.  You will be provided with a copy of the 64 point service checklist and damp report to keep your service history records up to date.

On average a single axle service will take 3-4 hours and a twin axle 4-5 hours.
